What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer standard shipping for all orders. Processing time is 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location. The shipping cost is $7.50. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or I need to return an item?

If your order arrives damaged or you need to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, worn or styled wigs cannot be returned. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
