Items must be unused and in their original condition. Wigs must not be worn, styled, cut, or altered in any way. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Will I get my money back or can I exchange the item?

Customers may request a refund or an exchange if the item meets our return conditions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or the item can be exchanged for another product of equal value.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order. If the product is defective or incorrect, HeleneLuxe'Store will cover the return shipping cost.
